Welcome to the Indy Backpackers Meetup!
We would like to help get you outdoors.
The group members are pretty easy going. We like to get out an enjoy the outdoors and have fun. Everyone from novices to experts are welcome. Each month we try to have at least one hike or backpacking event and a social dinner. There are a lot of places nearby to backpack that are within a reasonable driving distance for a normal or a long three day weekend backpacking trip. Over the years we have visited Kentucky, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, West Virginia, Tennessee and Ohio. Come check out our group!
